Description
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
- Work closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Develop intuitive and performant web applications.
- Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and data pipelines.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into customer-facing workflows and internal systems.
- Own production deployments, monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Drive technical decisions and contribute to architecture discussions.
- Ensure security, reliability, and compliance best practices across the platform.
What We're Looking For
Required
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack development skills with experience building production-grade applications.
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar).
- Strong backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot, Python/FastAPI, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Experience working with cloud platforms and modern deployment practices.
- Ability to independently own projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and startup mindset.
Preferred
- Experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Experience with Next.js.
- Experience with Spring Boot and/or FastAPI.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, or AI-powered products.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with compliance, governance, security, risk, or regulated industries.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
