Description
Change Lives. Make Money. Do Work That Actually Matters.
At The Good Feet Store, we don’t “sell inserts.”
We help people walk without pain, sometimes for the first time in years.
If you want a sales role where the product actually works, customers walk in needing help, and you can make real money doing meaningful work, this could be a great fit for you!
We’re a family-owned company on a mission:
An unwavering commitment to improving the quality of people’s lives—two feet at a time.
And yes, we take that seriously.
This is consultative sales, not passive retail.
You will:
- Run full product demonstrations that inform, demonstrate value, and move people emotionally.
- Guide customers through the best way to use the products in their new-pain-free- life.
- Close sales confidently: What you’re offering works!
What You Get
- $55,000–$75,000+ OTE (base + commission)
- Paid training + clear path to promotion
- Individualized training – we ensure your success!
- Full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, IRA)
- A product that customers genuinely thank you for (and sometimes cry over)
Who Thrives Here
- Competitive, coachable, and accountable
- High energy with strong presence and positivity
- Genuinely empathetic, you must care about helping people feel better
Details
- Full-time, in-person, weekends required
- Flex between locations as needed
We can’t wait to meet you!
