Job Description:

Job Duties

• Supervises and is responsible for assigned shifts
• Oversee team assigned
• Create and assign employee work schedules and responsibilities, and monitor if these responsibilities are carried through
• Provide ongoing guidance to employees
• Ensure employees adhere to company policies and legal regulations
• Address problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in a practical, timely manner
• Brokerage Exception Reporting
• Compiling, maintaining and updating company reports
• Performs tasks as directed by management

Brokerage Partner (OSP)

• Coordinates the auditing and management of Brokerage Partner billing within the Invoice validation system for Supervisor sign off
• Preparing QBR reviews
• Preparing VOCs renewals

Monitoring and reporting out of daily/weekly/monthly service performance of the Brokerage

Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• Accomplishments: Experience – Preferred
