Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Senior Supplier Management Expert (w/m/d) in Vollzeit am Standort Haan, um als Subject Matter Expert im Bereich Strategic Procurement zu agieren. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Supplier-Management-, Sourcing-Risk-Management- sowie zugehörigen Governance-Frameworks. Die Position fördert die bereichsübergreifende Abstimmung, stellt Compliance und Lieferresilienz sicher und leistet einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu unternehmensweiten Beschaffungs- und Risikomanagement-Initiativen bei Siemens Healthineers.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Sie übernehmen die Konzeption, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Supplier‑Management‑Prozessen, ‑Tools und Governance‑Frameworks.
Sie treiben die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Supply Chain, Supplier Quality und Category Management zur Optimierung der End-to‑End‑Lieferantenperformance voran.
Sie definieren und überwachen KPIs zur Lieferantenperformance und zum Sourcing‑Risiko, sorgen für Transparenz und initiieren bei Bedarf Korrekturmaßnahmen.
Sie verantworten die Weiterentwicklung des Sourcing Risk Management Frameworks, einschließlich Risikoidentifikation, ‑mitigation, ‑reporting und Eskalation.
Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle für Compliance und Audits innerhalb des Strategic Procurement und stellen Richtlinieneinhaltung sowie Audit‑Readiness sicher.
Sie moderieren Workshops, Trainings und Governance‑Gremien und fördern Best Practices sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung im Einkauf.
Ihr Profil:
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
Sie bringen langjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Einkauf, Supplier Management, Sourcing Risk Management, Compliance oder Governance mit.
Sie besitzen tiefgehende und breit gefächerte Fachkenntnisse in der Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Supplier-Management-Prozessen, -Tools und Governance-Strukturen.
Sie haben eine nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in der Beratung von Senior Stakeholdern sowie in der Leitung komplexer, funktionsübergreifender Initiativen.
Sie zeichnen sich durch starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und exzellentes Schnittstellenmanagement aus.
Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
