JOB PURPOSE

Develop, execute, and validate performance and reliability tests for products and components, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements within the automotive industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute validation and reliability tests.
• Analyze results and generate technical reports.
• Validate compliance with automotive specifications and standards.
• Follow up on failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate internal and external testing activities with laboratories or customers.
• Participate in product launches and engineering changes.
• Develop testing documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams for product improvement.

What we’re looking for

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in validation, laboratory testing, or reliability within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Technical Knowledge Required:
  • Validation and reliability testing
  • Failure analysis and problem-solving
  • Interpretation of technical standards and specifications
  • Operation of testing equipment and instruments
  • Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
  • Data analysis and technical report preparation
  • Automotive quality systems (IATF 16949)
• Other Requirements:
• English Level: Proficient.
