Description
Second Fix Carpenter.
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter for an immediate start.
Full-Time Role.
Lark rock are dedicated to retrofitting homes to an ‘’A’’ rated standard. All homes are finished to the very highest of standards. We have a small progressive dynamic team and are looking for talent to grow with the business through a very exciting expansion phase.
Hours: 7.30am - 4.30 / 5pm (Mon - Fri).
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate would have a strong carpentry background with at least 3 years experience working on domestic construction projects,
- With 1st & 2nd fix carpentry.
- Must have a keen eye for detail and be meticulous by nature.
- Must have a good manor and work ethic.
- Safe pass and manual handling required.
- Must have own transport and tools.
- Full clean driving licence essential.
- Excellent english both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of modern and traditional construction techniques with ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Must have strong Problem Solving skills with a pro-active approach.
Garda vetting may be required for certain projects.
Location of works: Mainly Dublin.
Occasionally national and international may be required.
Monday to Friday 7.30-4.30 with occasional overtime.
Company van and phone will be provided once probation period is finished which is 6 weeks.
