Overview
This role involves photographing guests during marine excursions, managing photo sales, and maintaining positive relationships with boat crews and customers. Responsibilities include capturing high-quality images with excellent composition and lighting, engaging with guests to create memorable experiences, editing and organizing images onboard for same-day sales, and following all safety protocols while working on boats. No prior photography experience is needed as comprehensive training and all camera equipment are provided. Requires MacBook Pro (2020 or newer), Lightroom Classic subscription, external hard drive, Wi-Fi access, strong swimming skills, and current residency on Kauai. Position offers full-time and part-time opportunities with commission-based compensation averaging $60-$100 per hour.
