Overview
As a Transportation Driver for our Adult Day Health Program in Baltimore, MD, you'll safely transport participants between their homes, our day center, appointments, and community activities. Your responsibilities include assisting passengers with boarding and exiting, performing daily vehicle inspections, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. You'll also support participants with activities, meals, and daily care needs, providing compassionate assistance with mobility, hygiene, and bathroom needs. The position requires being at least 21 years old, having a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license with clean record, minimum 2 years driving experience, and the ability to pass a background check. We offer $16.00 per hour, full benefits for full-time employees, Dayforce Wallet for immediate pay, 401(k) with company match, paid time off starting day one, and employee referral bonuses.
