Job Overview

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking an Installation Manager to lead our installation team, drive operational excellence, and ensure every project is completed with quality, efficiency, and a commitment to exceptional service.
 

What You'll Do

· Lead, coach, and support Installation Project Managers (IPMs), installers, and other operational team members.

· Foster strong collaboration between Sales, Installation, Project Management, Logistics, Compliance, and Operations teams.

· Ensure installation readiness by overseeing accurate measurements, material ordering, equipment availability, and scheduling.

· Monitor project timelines and installation schedules to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

· Partner with permitting and compliance teams to maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

· Track, communicate, and drive key performance metrics, including installation revenue, customer satisfaction, and first-time-through completion rates.

· Meet with homeowners and installers to support successful project execution and deliver exceptional customer experience.

· Train and develop team members while providing ongoing performance coaching and accountability.

· Oversee operational administrative functions, including payroll review, timecard approvals, and reporting.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
 

Qualifications

· 4+ years of experience in installation management, operations management, construction management, or a related field; bachelor's degree preferred.

· Strong knowledge of installation processes, job site safety, and operational best practices.

· Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and build strong working relationships across teams and departments.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

· OSHA 10 and Lead Renovator Certification (RRP) preferred.
