What will help you succeed in this role
- Experience (1–3 years) in analysis, operations or reporting
This gives you the foundation to understand business needs and translate them into structured analysis and outputs. - Working knowledge of SQL
You’ll use it to extract, reconcile and validate data. You don’t need to be an expert, but being comfortable with joins and aggregations will help you be effective from the start. - Experience with Power BI or similar tools
You’ll maintain and improve dashboards, so familiarity with reporting tools will allow you to deliver value quickly. - Structured thinking and attention to detail
You’ll work with KPIs, definitions and data validation, where consistency and accuracy are key. - Interest in processes and continuous improvement

Your mission
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain standardised operational KPIs and a clear metrics framework to ensure consistent measurement across Operations.
- Analyze and report performance data using SQL and Power BI to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support operational reporting needs, including recurring performance tracking and finance-related outputs, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with Operations and IT to translate business requirements into data and reporting solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by tracking outcomes, supporting analysis and helping document processes and changes.
