Overview
As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating machinery and conducting quality control checks in a manufacturing setting. This position requires motivation, craftsmanship skills, reliability, and shift flexibility. You'll work in a shift environment (early and late shifts) with 35-40 hours per week. The position offers above-tariff compensation according to iGZ/DGB collective agreement plus industry supplements, vacation pay, Christmas bonus, and a €350 welcome bonus after 12 weeks of employment. This is a full-time position with a high opportunity for permanent employment with the client company.
