Overview
As a Clinical Trainer, you'll be responsible for training new and existing customers on all Cynosure products, providing both pre and post-sale support. Your responsibilities include conducting new product training, re-training sessions, and ensuring successful equipment installations within target timeframes. You'll coordinate with the sales team, verify product orders, and provide input on educational materials. The role requires fielding clinical questions from customers, maintaining daily communication through email and software applications, and traveling efficiently. You'll need strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and clinical experience with energy-based devices.
