Description
Designs art and copy layouts for material to be presented by visual communications media such as books, magazines, newspapers, Internet websites, television, and packaging. Assist in the design, creation, and modification of web sites. Analyze user needs to implement web site content, graphics, performance, and capacity.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop materials manually or utilize graphic software to design and produce finished artwork or product.
Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy and select style and size of type.
Confer with manager or team members to discuss and determine layout design.
Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Web sites.
Use computer software to generate new images.
Participates in and dolcuments needs for department web site.
Complete assigned software and web development tasks.
Produces and/or formats web site content.
Works with manager or team members to ensure specifications meet their needs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
