HealthCare Recruiters International is currently seeking an Associate Mental Health Counselor / Associate Therapist - AMFT, APCC, ASW working towards their LCSW, LPCC, LMFT in the state of CA for a full-time or part-time, permanent opportunity to join an established and successful outpatient pot sentenced offender program in Hayward, CA.

- AMFT, APCC, ASW will work FT, 40 hours per week
- AMFT, APCC, ASW will provide clinical assessment and treatment of sex offenders
- AMFT, APCC, ASW will provide clinical services of non-offending relatives
- AMFT, APCC, ASW will provide case management
- Maintain program documentation as required
- AMFT, APCC, ASW will represent the agency as needed in the community
- Mental Health Clinician serves on committees and makes presentations on program
- Participate in agency clinical meetings and staff meetings
- AMFT, APCC, ASW will attend training, conferences, and workshops
- AMFT, APCC, ASW will become a CASOMB Apprentice Level within 4 weeks of start
- AMFT, APCC, ASW will be provided a 90-day built in training program
- AMFT, APCC, ASW will have the ability to specialize in Forensics in a supportive environment

- Master’s Degree
- BBS Registration
- Bi-lingual Spanish bonus
- Ability to provide compassionate non-judgmental behavioral health

Mental Health Counselor - AMFT, APCC, ASW Compensation:
- 70K- 80K
- 5K in-state relocation potential
- 30K in Loan Forgiveness
- Unlicensed Therapist that become Licensed paid exam fee + $2,500K Bonus
- Annual Review with increase in compensation
- 15 days PTO, Holidays, Health, Dental, Vision, 401K+Match, Continuing Education
