Overview

The Maintenance Lead Reliability is responsible for structurally improving asset reliability by driving data-driven analyses and initiating preventive improvement actions. The role focuses on reducing breakdowns, increasing equipment availability, and delivering sustainable cost savings within the site.

 

In this position, you will support the development of technical and analytical capabilities within the Reliability team and act as a key expert for reliability and maintenance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support and develop the Reliability team in technical and analytical topics
  • Analyze breakdowns, downtime, and maintenance costs to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and implement preventive actions
  • Develop and optimize preventive maintenance strategies
  • Drive cost reduction and reliability improvement initiatives
  • Ensure data quality and effective SAP maintenance processes
  • Act as Key User for ERP/SAP maintenance systems and support end users

Qualifications

  • Technical degree or comparable technical background
  • Experience in Reliability, Maintenance, or Manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with RCA and preventive maintenance methodologies
  • Good knowledge of SAP/ERP systems
  • Understanding of reliability KPIs such as MTTR and MTBF
  • Fluent communication skills in English
