Responsibilities
CAD Design & Product Development
- Create and maintain complex 3D models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings using PTC Creo.
- Develop parametric models and design solutions in accordance with project requirements and engineering standards.
- Perform design modifications, updates, and optimizations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure all CAD data is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards and industry regulations.
- Generate manufacturing drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation.
Engineering Support
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and project teams to develop effective design solutions.
- Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
- Conduct design reviews and recommend improvements related to functionality, manufacturability, and cost optimization.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for design-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience using PTC Creo in a professional engineering environment.
- Proven experience designing complex mechanical components and assemblies.
- Experience with engineering change management and product lifecycle management processes.
Desired skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PTC Windchill.
- Knowledge of simulation and analysis tools within Creo.
- Familiarity with ISO, ASME, or industry-specific engineering standards.
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or industrial equipment.
