GG's Waterfront is seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join a strong team driven by a passion for hospitality and excellence. A Line Cook at GG'S will always aim to exceed expectations for our guests. Our Line Cooks work hand in hand with our Executive Chef and aim to provide quality in everything they do. Our style is hospitable, fun, and fast-paced in an upscale waterfront setting. This position is best suited for someone who truly believes in bringing their best to the table every day - Someone who is inspired to make a positive impression on the people they work with.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and execute exquisite dishes with attention to detail and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Chef and kitchen staff to maintain our high standards.
- Ensure the kitchen is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Contribute to menu development and special events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience (1+ years) in upscale dining or fine dining kitchens preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and plating.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality.
- A passion for seasonal ingredients and innovative cuisine.
