• Job Title: Staff Physical Therapist
• Location: St. John's Lutheran Community
• Position type: Part-time, benefited,.3-.6 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 12-24 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.  This position allows for the perfect work life balance!
• Settings: This position will primarily treat patients in SNF/LTC, and ALF/IFL.

Requirements

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
