- Advising our clients – premium cardholders – by phone and email in both German and English
- Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
- Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
- Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries
- Passionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences
- Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers
