Join Micron Technology to be part of our transformative mission of enriching lives through information. We seek a dedicated MGR, F11 Process Engineering Dry Etch for our team in Taiwan, offering a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative work environment.

Our Engineering team is committed to delivering world-class solutions and flawless execution. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects through your proven expertise and dedication.

## Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Etch Process team to successfully implement engineering projects.
• Identify and consistently follow project deadlines, ensuring all achievements are reached.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop and optimize etch processes.
• Analyze data to improve process performance, yield, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics tools to identify process improvement opportunities, enable data-driven decision-making, and accelerate problem-solving.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled engineering solutions to enhance productivity, defect detection, predictive process control, and manufacturing excellence.
• Mentor and develop team members, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and digital transformation.
• Promote AI literacy within the team and encourage the effective use of AI tools to improve engineering effectiveness and knowledge sharing.

## Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an associated field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience utilizing data analytics tools and digital technologies to solve complex manufacturing or engineering challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions using large datasets and statistical analysis techniques.

## Preferred Qualifications

• An Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with etch process development and optimization.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE).
• Proven capability to thrive in a dynamic and team-oriented setting.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, or advanced data analytics in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled manufacturing applications such as predictive maintenance, fault detection and classification (FDC), virtual metrology, yield prediction, process optimization, or automated root cause analysis.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, JMP, or similar tools.
• Ability to identify opportunities for AI adoption and lead digital transformation initiatives across engineering organizations.
