Based in Birmingham city centre, we are recruiting for an Office Administrator. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Working within the education and training sector, we are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in what the company does.
One day, you could be registering candidates; the next, you could be speaking to a range of external stakeholders and supporting candidates throughout the onboarding process.
This is not a recruitment role. Instead, it is an opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administration and communication.
The key responsibilities of the role include gathering information, carrying out ad hoc administrative duties, organising meeting rooms, scheduling meetings and supporting a range of training opportunities.
