What you'll do:

• Serve as a client-facing support partner, managing complex cases from intake through resolution while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements that enhance the customer experience.
• Identify and troubleshoot business process issues, distinguishing those requiring internal resolution from those needing external escalation.
• Analyze and report business metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance performance and decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement effective business solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance on best practices and support continuous improvement efforts across teams.

What you'll bring:

• Strong knowledge of retail operations, replenishment processes, inventory management, and key drivers impacting sales, in-stock levels, and operational performance.
• Proven ability to analyze retail metrics, develop reporting solutions, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business results.
• Experience supporting replenishment, forecasting, inventory health, service levels, and operational execution through data-driven insights.
• Skilled in root cause analysis, process improvement, and resolving complex operational challenges.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions.
• Commitment to accuracy, accountability, continuous improvement, and building strong cross-functional partnerships.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
