Digital Sales Representative

Description
This role consists of managing a defined group of existing customers, building relationships with them, keeping retention and upselling additional software through remote selling. This is a fast-paced role and the ability to prioritise and organise is key to succeeding.
Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage and maintain relationships with approximately 300 volume customers.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Management
- Upsell functionality to your assigned customers.
- Respond to inbound enquiries and marketing campaigns to increase customer spend.
Account Planning and Strategy
- Develop medium to long-term sales plans to grow the customer base.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Problem Resolution
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare sales artifacts and quotations throughout the sales process.
- Ensure forecasting accuracy and manage pipeline through CRM use.
- Manage and orchestrate the customer enquiries inbox.

- Previous experience in a sales role is essential.
