The AI Transformation Engineer will drive the adoption and implementation of AI-powered solutions to improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and enable data-driven decision making across the organization. This role partners with business and technical teams to identify opportunities, develop scalable solutions, and accelerate the integration of AI into daily operations. AI Assistant.

AI Transformation & Digital Innovation

Lead AI transformation initiatives to improve business productivity, operational efficiency, and decision-making across the organization. Identify high-impact business processes and opportunities for AI adoption, automation, and agent deployment. Develop and execute AI roadmaps aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives. Partner with functional leaders to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions. Drive AI governance, adoption, and change management to ensure sustainable business outcomes.

AI Agent Development & Deployment

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows, knowledge retrieval, reporting, and employee support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define agent requirements, use cases, and success metrics.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, data sources, and productivity tools.
• Monitor agent performance, user feedback, and business impact to continuously improve effectiveness.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and responsible AI guidelines.

Business Process Transformation

• Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Lead process redesign initiatives enabled by AI, data analytics, and digital technologies.
• Establish performance metrics and dashboards to measure AI-driven productivity improvements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to accelerate digital transformation across sites and organizations.

AI Capability & Adoption

• Promote AI awareness, training, and best practices across teams and functions.
• Enable employees to leverage AI tools and agents effectively in their daily work.
• Build communities of practice to share AI success stories, use cases, and innovation opportunities.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and enterprise solutions to continuously enhance organizational capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on AI strategy, investment priorities, and future workforce transformation.

Stakeholder Engagement & Program Management

• Lead cross-functional AI programs, managing scope, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with IT, Data Analytics, HR, Security, Legal, and business teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
• Present AI transformation progress, business value, and adoption metrics to executive leadership.
• Drive a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement through AI-enabled business transformation.
