What You’ll Do:

• Collaborating closely with our Meeting & Events (M&E) Writing/editing internal engagement communications to keep the team aligned and motivated.

• Conducting light video editing to create compelling internal training and employee engagement materials.
• Handling schedules and coordinating meetings to ensure smooth project progression.
• Taking detailed notes during meetings – or bringing to bear a tool to do so – to collect important information and action items.
• Handling project management tasks to ensure results are met on time.
• Publishing content to our intranet via a content management system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a related degree program.

• A strong ability to learn and adapt rapidly to new AI technologies and tools.
• Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrates a capacity to work optimally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Is a creative problem solver with a strong problem-solving approach, open to experimentation and innovation.
• Bring some experience in video editing and animation – a significant plus!

The US national base salary range for this position is from 

$42,700.00 - $79,300.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
