Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
Training and Consulting (60%)
Serve as content expert and POC for client company training needs
Listen, problem solve and/or consult in order to develop/deliver meaningful solutions
Research, develop and deliver engaging, relevant, reliable and contemporary content, primarily focused on building soft skills, teambuilding, emotional/mental well-being and leadership
Utilize modern technology to develop and/or deliver training online and in person to include recording of training curriculum for on-demand purposes
Represent the Best Care EAP brand when working with client organizations, including promotion of services for program success and contract sustainability
Analyze effectiveness of training and workshops and develop appropriate modifications as necessary
Maintain acceptable satisfaction rate on all training and consulting services as measured by Satisfaction Surveys
Client Relationship and Account Management (25%)
Build positive, respectful, and trusting relationships with both internal and external customers
Attend and support events and activities to increase awareness of the program.
Assist with account management activities as requested
Administration, Record Keeping, Compliance (15%)
Maintain accurate scheduling and appropriate documentation to include all client contact and notes in the electronic record system in a timely and accurate manner
Follow and comply with all professional, ethical, safety, and compliance standards, rules and regulations
Attend and participate in staff meetings, training and continuing education
Other duties as assigned.
Schedule:
This is a casual position. Casual employees work on an ‘as needed’ basis to meet the needs of the business. Work days/hours will often vary from week to week.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Mental Health Awareness training to be completed within first 60 days of employment required
Experience
2+ years of experience in any/all of the following areas:
Organizational Development – Consultation and assessment
Corporate trainer
Presenter/facilitator
Curriculum design
eLearning and/or online training program creation/development
Human resource management and/or leadership
Experience or credentials in personality assessments a plus
License/Certifications
N/A
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Excellent presentation, public speaking and facilitation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective adult/corporate teaching methodologies and tools
Keep abreast of new techniques and technologies
Ability to interpret real business scenarios and develop/deliver meaningful training solutions
Proficient in MS Office (esp. Power point); e-learning software is an asset
Strong organizational and time management skills to include meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks/projects independently
Critical thinking, problem solving and decision making with ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve outcomes
Ability to work independently while also accomplishing team goals
Provide exceptional customer service and (internal and external)
Ability to travel to client organization locations to deliver onsite training
Ability to deliver training outside of the Monday-Friday office hours of 8:00AM – 4:30PM
