PURPOSE:
Support the execution of Line 1.5 oversight activities across AML/AFC, regulatory compliance and data privacy domains. Assist in conducting reviews, compliance testing, risk monitoring and remediation tracking to help ensure Operations maintains effective controls and complies with regulatory and Group requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. AML / AFC Oversight Support
- Support execution of AML/AFC oversight activities across Operations.
- Perform data analysis, trend monitoring and review of risk indicators.
- Assist in identifying control gaps, operational weaknesses and potential compliance concerns.
- Support investigation, documentation and follow-up of AML-related incidents and issues.

2. Compliance Testing
- Execute compliance testing activities according to approved testing plans and methodologies.
- Document observations, findings and supporting evidence.
3. Governance and Reporting
- Prepare periodic management reports, dashboards and governance materials.
- Monitor progress of remediation actions and escalate overdue items.
- Ensure review documentation is maintained in accordance with governance requirements.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with Operations teams to obtain information, evidence and updates.
- Support engagement with Compliance, AFC, Risk and Internal Audit stakeholders.
- Assist in awareness initiatives and communication relating to AML, compliance and data privacy requirements.
5. Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business, Risk Management, Compliance or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in AML, compliance, operational risk, audit or insurance operations governance.
- Insurance and financial services experience preferred.
- Understanding of Three Lines Model and Line 1.5 oversight concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and investigation skills.
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Fluent 4 skills (speak, write, read, listen) English.
- Excellent in excel, power point presentation, and report preparation skill.
