Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Sales Intern to join our team in Harrisburg, NC.

Sales Intern Role Overview

Join our team as a Sales Intern, supporting account management, new business development, and event-based product sampling. You’ll also assist with urgent deliveries, point-of-sale execution, and special projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement to support team objectives.
• Help create tools, templates, and resources that improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives by preparing materials and tracking execution.
• Conduct research and organize information to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Participate in project coordination, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategies into actionable steps.
• Prepare summaries, reports, or presentations that highlight progress and impact.

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and self motivated.
• Must enjoy talking with people in small and large settings.
• Enjoys physical labor with the ability to safely lift 40lb boxes.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to support daily local travel to customer locations and company events.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting hourly pay for this position is set based on location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter will share more about the specific pay range for this position during the interview process.
