You will be part of Vindelici Management Consulting Shanghai, fully integrated into the Vindelici Group. We work closely across borders, combining global perspectives with local expertise to deliver outstanding results for our clients. As a (Senior) Consultant – Strategy & Management (all genders), you will work with clients on strategic and operational challenges across a wide range of projects. You will structure complex topics, develop concepts and solutions together with our clients and project teams, and support implementation from initial analysis to execution. 

• Strategic Initiatives & Projects: Support clients in developing and implementing strategies, transformation initiatives, and organisational changes. You structure & analyse complex business challenges, develop concepts, recommendations and implementation plans with clients.
  
  
• Organizational & Process Development: Analyze organisations and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the development of target operating models and transformation roadmaps.
  
  
• Project Responsibility: Take responsibility for project workstreams and contribute to the successful delivery of projects from concept to implementation. You coordinate stakeholders, support project teams and contribute to workshops, analyses, presentations and project deliverables.
  
  
• Business Development: Support proposal development and contribute to client acquisition activities. You help identify opportunities to further support existing and new clients as well as turn business challenges into impactful consulting projects.
  
  
• Contribute to Team Growth: Share your experience with colleagues, support new team members as they get started in client projects, provide guidance along the way, and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building across the team.

YOUR SKILLSET

• Project Leadership: You have experience leading workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving projects from analysis and concept development through to implementation.
• Academic Background: You hold an excellent academic degree with a business or technical focus—however, if you are enthusiastic about our topics, other fields are welcome. You also bring several years of consulting or industry experience in one or more functional areas. 
• Communication: You enjoy working with people , building relationships, and communicating effectively across different stakeholders and organizational levels.
• Steering: You are experienced in coordinating stakeholders, managing project workstreams, and supporting organizational and process transformations from concept development through implementation.
• Language: You are fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and German, enabling you to work confidently with our local team in Shanghai as well as our international colleagues and clients.
• Hybrid: You live in Shanghai and work primarily on-site in our Shanghai office. Depending on project needs, you will also work directly at client locations, including engagements outside of China. Where suitable, remote work is possible. You are available to join us.
