About the Position

- Prepare and mask specific areas of parts according to job requirements.
- Apply masking materials accurately to small and detailed areas.

- Ability to stay focused and maintain a steady production pace.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn new processes and techniques.
- A quality-focused approach—you check your work and ask questions rather than guessing.

- Ability to handle small parts and masking materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to sit or stand as required by the work being performed.
