The Role: 

Entegris is seeking a Quality Engineer / Quality Technician to join the APS Quality team at the Yonezawa plant. In this role, you will optimize and improve the inspection report creation process, create and issue inspection reports, and respond to related inquiries. This position is based at the Yonezawa plant.

In this role you will: 

• Verify shipment data and issue accurate inspection reports. 

• Request inspection report templates from overseas teams as needed. 

• Review and respond to customer inquiries related to inspection reports. 

• Improve and optimize the inspection report creation process. 

• 出荷データを確認し、検査成績書を発行する。 

• 海外部門へ検査成績書テンプレートを依頼する。 

• 検査成績書に関する顧客問い合わせに対応する。 

• 検査成績書作成プロセスを改善・最適化する。 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• High school diploma required 

• Fluent Japanese communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking. 

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members. 

• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications 

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:  

• Prior experience in a related industry is preferred. 

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a science-related field is preferred. 

• Basic English reading and writing skills are preferred. 

• Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance is preferred.
