Key Responsibilities

Lesson Planning: Create and implement engaging lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines and school themes for all primary subjects.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Grade 2 students.
Teaching: Teach core subjects - English, EVS, Math's, Hindi and other assigned subjects with strong subject command.
Student Handling: Understand children's needs and handle them in a caring and positive manner.
Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
Assessments: Set and mark student work, conduct regular tests and assessments, and give feedback to monitor student progress.
Collaboration: Work with colleagues, use assessments and data to plan motivating and inspiring classroom activities.
Co-curricular: Prepare students for school events, competitions, assemblies, and exhibitions.
Classroom Resources: Manage classroom materials, teaching aids, and ensure proper upkeep.
Parent Communication: Attend PTMs and handle all queries of parents regarding their child's performance and behavior.

Required Qualifications

Pass 10th & 12th standard from a recognized board
Have a minimum of 55% marks in graduation.
A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
Experience: 2 Years teaching experience in primary classes preferred.
Excellent English communication skills - Must be fluent.
Patience and ability to work with young children.
Strong classroom and discipline management skills.
