ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Supports the accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed. Home » Job Openings Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). 3. Hands-on experience with accounting software 4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, financial reporting, and audit procedures. 5. Proficiency in Google Workspace 6. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. 7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Preparation of billing and follow up collection to clients 2. Preparation of payments to vendors/suppliers and government agencies 3. Assist Senior Accountant in processing and analyzing accounts 4. Preparation of reports and schedules 5. Processing and recording transaction in the accounting system 6. Ensure complete filing of accounting documents and orderly storage 7.
