As Senior Events & Brand Manager (f/m/x), you won't just be booking booths and ordering giveaways. You'll shape how exmox shows up at the industry's most important conferences, in the press and for our own team, deciding where we go, what we do there and how we make it count, turning events into moments that partners, talent and the industry remember. And 2027 starts big: the move of our Hamburg HQ to Mönckebergstraße and the opening of our Berlin office are yours to make unforgettable.

In this role you will:

• Industry Events & Conferences: Plan and deliver exmox's presence at the conferences that matter in mobile gaming and adtech, from booths and speaking slots to side events and partner dinners, and help decide where we show up and where we skip.

• Own Formats: Create events that are distinctly exmox, the kind partners make time for, and grow them into formats that come back year after year.

• Office Openings: Lead the opening of our new Hamburg HQ and our Berlin office as brand moments, inside and outside the company.

• PR: Steer our PR partners day to day, set priorities and turn our events and milestones into stories worth covering.

• Internal Events & Merch: Shape the concept and experience of our internal events, with our Office Management team running the operations, and decide what merch and swag we produce, why and when, together with our Brand team.

• Budget & Commercial Impact: Manage event budgets and suppliers, work with Sales and Account Management to turn every event into partner meetings and opportunities, and measure what each event and campaign delivers, so every euro is spent on impact rather than attendance.

What You Bring

• Relevant Experience: You have 5 - 7 years of experience in event management, brand experience or experiential marketing, ideally in mobile gaming, adtech or another tech environment.

• Proven Delivery: You've planned and delivered conference presences, side events and corporate events end to end, including budgets, vendors and on-site execution. Experience working with PR agencies or media is a plus.

• Taste & Ideas: You know the difference between an event people attend and one they talk about, and you have the ideas to create the second kind.

• Hands-On & Organized: You move easily between the big picture and the details, and you stay calm when things change at the last minute.

• Communication Skills: Full professional fluency in English and German, and willingness to travel internationally.
