About the team
Kinaxis is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Sales Enablement Consultant to strengthen partner seller readiness in a complex B2B technology environment. This senior, hands-on role will translate business priorities into practical, scalable enablement that helps partner sellers confidently position solutions, engage customers and contribute to effective selling motions. The successful candidate will bring established partner, channel or ecosystem enablement expertise and be comfortable moving from assessment and recommendation into design and delivery.
What you will do
- Create and deliver role-based partner seller onboarding, readiness, accreditation and continuous-learning experiences.
- Design practical enablement for value messaging, discovery, qualification, competitive positioning, co-selling and opportunity progression.
- Lead high-impact learning for sales kickoffs, partner events, launches and field programs, including workshops, practice and reinforcement.
- Improve the accessibility, quality and governance of partner-facing content and learning resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional contributors, manage programs from design through launch, and use feedback and available data to improve effectiveness.
- Build reusable frameworks, documentation and ways of working that support ongoing scale and continuity.
Technologies we use
- 8+ years of relevant experience in partner, channel, sales or revenue enablement, with senior-level ownership in a B2B technology setting.
- Demonstrated success building or scaling partner seller onboarding, readiness, accreditation, certification or continuous-learning programs.
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills, including workshops, scenario-based learning, role play and application-focused activities.
- Experience supporting partner-led, reseller, alliance, indirect or co-selling motions and working with senior, cross-functional stakeholders.
- Sound program management, communication and influencing skills, with the judgement to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, complex solution selling, global partner audiences or enablement platforms is an asset.
What success looks like
Success will be reflected in partner sellers having clearer, more consistent pathways to build and demonstrate readiness; practical enablement that supports real selling activity; well-governed, reusable resources; and measurable program insights that guide continuous improvement. The consultant will work within Revenue Enablement and collaborate with partner, sales, marketing, product, operations, events and subject-matter stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes and leave a sustainable foundation for the future.
