CDL-A Field Equipment Operator – Kansas City, MO
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Starting Pay: $26.00/hour; higher depending on experience
Position Summary
We are looking for a CDL-A Field Equipment Operator to transport equipment and support a variety of heavy equipment, infrastructure maintenance, and material-handling assignments. This position requires a combination of commercial driving, equipment operation, basic mechanical skills, and hands-on fieldwork.
Successful candidates must be adaptable, safety-conscious, and comfortable moving between different types of assignments based on operational needs.
Benefits
40 hours guaranteed weekly.Average workload of 60 or more hours per week, with significant overtime.On-call 24/7 for emergency assignments.Time-and-a-half for hours outside Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m., under the stated pay arrangement.Per diem, hotel reimbursement, and layover pay for qualifying travel assignments.
