Seeking expressions of Interest

This is an opportunity to lead and grow NTT DATA’s Microsoft Business Applications practice across Australia and New Zealand.
We’re looking for an accomplished technology consulting leader who can bring together commercial growth, outstanding client delivery, strong people leadership and deep engagement with the Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll take ownership of the performance and continued development of the practice, translating strategy into sustainable business outcomes.

What you’ll do
As Practice Manager, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across the Microsoft Business Applications practice, with accountability spanning:

• Practice strategy, growth and market development
• Revenue, pipeline, profitability and P&L performance
• Executive sponsorship of key client opportunities, bids and proposals
• Delivery excellence across the practice portfolio
• Leadership, coaching and development of practice leaders and teams
• Microsoft alliance relationships, joint business planning and co-sell activity
• Capability development, innovation and evolving service offerings
• Workforce planning, governance and operational performance.
• You’ll work closely with sales leaders, client executives, delivery managers, practice leads, Microsoft stakeholders and NTT DATA leadership, while representing the practice in executive customer governance and business reviews.
  

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring:

• 
  10+ years’ leadership experience within technology consulting or professional services
• Demonstrated success leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practices, or similar business applications experience
• Proven experience managing a consulting P&L
• Strong business development and senior client relationship capability
• Experience leading large, complex technology delivery portfolios
• Experience leading senior consulting teams
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience developing Microsoft alliance relationships.
• Just as importantly, you’ll combine strategic thinking and commercial acumen with customer-focused leadership, delivery accountability, talent development and the ability to lead through change.
