Operating within a 350-mile radius, you’ll deliver fresh and frozen grocery inventory directly into retail yards across NYC Boroughs and Long Island (representing 80% to 90% of overall dispatches).
- The Take-Home Pay: Drivers average $100,000 to $110,000 in annual gross earnings ($0.52 to $0.56 CPM) backed by a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus. Boost your weekly income with a $50/day shift allowance (when working all 5 scheduled days), $42 per NYC Borough stop, $45 lift-gate pay, $21 drop-and-hook pay, detention compensation paid out in 15-minute increments, and $20/hour safety training pay.
- The Schedule & Run Details: Shifts feature early morning dispatches starting around 02:30 AM (averaging 12–14 hours per run). Work rotations operate on split days off (off Sunday plus 1 weekday, guaranteed not to be Monday). Peak holiday shipping windows require 6 days on duty. Occasional layovers may occur during heavy volume cycles, with all hotel stays 100% company-covered.
