Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team at RXO. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from identifying talent to extending offers, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier candidates who align with our company culture and values.

Job Responsibilities**

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for a variety of roles across different departments and locations.
* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
* Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
* Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
* Represent RXO as an employer of choice at career fairs and other recruiting events.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
* Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment data.

Job Qualifications**

* Fully Bilingual English / Spanish
* 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in all regions of Mexico.
* Ability to support multiple operations and hiring managers.
* Proficiency in Workday (Strongly preferred).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
