Location: 3476 Southwestern Blvd., Orchard Park, NY 14127Schedule: Part-Time | Thursday & FridayCompensation: 33% of Net Production |100% practice-paid lab fees

 

Winning Smiles Orchard Park is seeking a patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing team as we expand our adult dentistry services. This opportunity offers clinical autonomy, advanced technology, strong team support, and a clear path for professional growth.

 

Practice Highlights

• Established, modern practice with 9 operatories
• Collaborative team including:
• 2 General Dentists
• 4 Registered Dental Hygienists
• Experienced Office Manager with clinical knowledge
• Dedicated Dental Assistants and Front Office Team
• On-site specialty support:
• Pediatric Dentist (2 days per week)
• Orthodontist (4 days per week)

• PrimeScan Digital Scanner
• CBCT Imaging
• SprintRay 3D Printing Technology
• Nomad Portable X-Ray System

Patient Base & Production

• All major insurance plans accepted, including Delta Dental, Guardian, and Cigna
• Strong patient demand supported by a dedicated marketing team
• Experienced providers average $12,000-$16,000 in daily production
• Newer providers can expect approximately $4,000-$5,000 in daily production while building their patient base

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options   
• Maintain an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
• Support the growth and development of our teams and practices      

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active New York dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and building long-term patient relationships
