Job Description:

Schedule: Full Time

 

Shift: Requires full availability for Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Monitors patient progress and reports any changes or concerns to the supervising physician. Provides patient education and support, involving patients and their families in the care process. Ensures patient safety and comfort throughout their care. Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Communicates effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Evaluates patient outcomes and adjusts nursing care processes as needed to ensure optimal patient care. Consults with other health team members as required to coordinate and improve patient care. Performs initial patient workup, including obtaining medical history and vital signs. Assists physicians with patient examinations and procedures. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Technical/Vocational [Required]

 

Work Experience:

• 1+ vocational study [Required]

 

Licenses and Certifications:

• Basic Life Support - CPR CERT (BLS) [Required]
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [Required] OR
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) [Required]

Pay Range:

$20.23 - $37.64
