Distribution Center Supervisor

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to join our dynamic team! This role will take place out of our Ellisville, MO facility and we are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates in the United States.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead and inspire a dedicated team of 2nd shift employees, maintaining impeccable inventory accuracy and resolving any issues related to the receipt, storage, and shipment of finished goods using WMS and SAP systems. You'll also embrace innovation by managing our newly implemented Autostore Warehouse system, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any challenges that arise. Additionally, you'll drive continuous improvement projects, focusing on boosting productivity and reducing inventory, making a tangible impact on our success.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

• Innovate for Success: Develop and implement cutting-edge procedures to enhance productivity in all distribution functions, ensuring accuracy and control of shipments.
• Track Performance: Maintain meticulous records to monitor attendance, punctuality, and work performance, ensuring high standards are met.
• Maintain Excellence: Ensure proper housekeeping in all areas of responsibility by adhering to 5S+ standards, creating a clean and organized workspace.
• Analyze and Improve: Review and maintain in-transit reports daily, identifying problem areas and implementing effective solutions through exception management using advanced systems.
• Drive Metrics: Produce and maintain comprehensive CDC performance metrics, providing valuable insights into our operations.
• Ensure Accuracy: Participate in the maintenance of accurate inventory control records, ensuring our stock levels are always precise.
• Lead Inventory Efforts: Co-lead Distribution Center efforts in the annual physical inventory and develop a robust cycle counting program to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Resolve with Professionalism: Research and resolve problems using your exceptional communication skills, collaborating with both internal and external customers.
• Support Operations: Perform order processing tasks as necessary, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

## Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution OR an Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years manufacturing/operations experience OR a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• Minimum of 1 years of supervisory or leader of people experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience with SAP.
• At least 1 year of experience working with automated technology in a distribution center.
• At least 1 year of experience with Kronos time keeping.

## Skills:

• Experience managing conflict in the workplace.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience with inbound and outbound logistics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
