What You'll Do

As a CNA or HHA, you'll provide compassionate, personalized in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, as appropriate to the care plan and your qualifications
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
• Support clients' independence, dignity, and quality of life through compassionate home care

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA, HHA, or home care experience
• Valid Connecticut CNA license or qualifying HHA/CNA certificate
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• Valid driver's license
