Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Large Language Models (LLMs)

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer actively works on implementing generative artificial intelligence models and may engage with various domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in AI-driven products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the design and functionality of AI applications.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into projects.
- Assist junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of AI models through rigorous testing and validation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with developing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of generative artificial intelligence models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to design and implement production-grade AI pipelines ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Knowledge of chatbot development and image processing techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
