Performs initial evaluations and re-evaluations. Plans and implements a Speech Language Pathology program for patients referred by appropriate medical staff. May assist with the supervision of support staff.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement :

Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology.

Minimum Experience Requirement :

Externship with exposure to Dysphagia and cognitive-linguistic deficits.

Minimum License Requirement :

Application for Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech/Language Pathology from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. For CFYs, temporary license from the State of New York is required.   BLS required, or within 3 months of hire date.
