About the Role
Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves making a real difference for clients? As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact, guiding clients through their tax resolution journey with clarity, confidence, and care.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a point of communication with clients, proactively updating and coordinating with Case Managers and Tax Professionals to keep cases moving forward.
- Deliver exceptional client service by professionally handling inbound and outbound calls, answering questions, and providing timely updates.
- Conduct outbound outreach to request important case documents and information from clients.
- Stay highly organized by prioritizing tasks, managing case files, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Review, edit, and upload client documents efficiently into our systems.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of strong customer service experience.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other standard business tools.
- Minimum typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Experience working in a high-volume call center environment or in a high-call-volume position (both inbound and outbound calls required).
