Summary:

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and support of business intelligence and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics capabilities, leverage modern BI tools to deliver actionable insights, and continuously enhance analytical processes, data quality, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within an agile environment to support iterative development, testing, and delivery of analytics solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that deliver timely, accurate, and meaningful insights.
• Build and support analytics products using multiple data sources, technologies, and reporting platforms.
• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Create, document, and execute test cases to validate the accuracy, reliability, and quality of analytics solutions.
• Maintain documentation for business logic, data definitions, code, and solution changes.
• Support the delivery of analytics initiatives by implementing enhancements, resolving issues, and maintaining existing solutions.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, troubleshoot data issues, and support business decisions.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, data optimization, and scalable solution design.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and validate data pipelines, reports, dashboards, and other analytics deliverables to ensure data quality.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Proficiency with SQL required.
• Experience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI highly preferred
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and business intelligence best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
• Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms, data modeling, performance optimization, or agile development methodologies preferred.
• Experience supporting healthcare, supply chain, or operational analytics initiatives preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.
