Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist for The Primary Health Network in Farrell, Pennsylvania.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: Starting at $62,000 with higher compensation based on years of experience.
- Additional $3,000 added to base salary after obtaining Public Health Hygienist certification.
- 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match.
- 160 hours Paid Time Off.
- 8 paid holidays.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide preventive dental hygiene services in an outpatient dental practice.
- Apply sealants and fluorides to help protect teeth.
- Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth.
- Assess patients' oral health and report findings to dentists.
- Document patient care and treatment plans.
- Work alongside dentists and full support staff.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Current Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist License.
- Ability to provide preventive dental hygiene services in an outpatient setting.
- Strong patient education and communication skills.
- Experience documenting patient treatment plans and clinical findings.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered dental care.
