About Us: At Maple Heights Behavioral Health, we know how important it is to have a healing environment that promotes the very best outcomes for our patients. We designed our hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, using state-of-the-art innovations in patient safety and comfort. With 120 beds, our hospital is equipped to provide the highest-quality inpatient treatment for adolescents, adults, and seniors who need crisis intervention services. We also offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), allowing us to meet our patients wherever they are on their healing journeys.
