Job Description
Essential duties and responsibilities:
•    Manages the development and service of specialty accounts to achieve business growth
•    Reports business results against forecasts to senior management as well as any adjustments made to business plans to ensure objectives are met
•    Develops and monitors departmental budget. Ensures expenses stay within budget
•    Monitors progress and verify corrective action has been initiated when necessary 
•    Participates in the preparation of promotion plans and campaigns, business plans and product development plans
•    Resolves difficult problems and customer complaints
Job Requirements and Employment Conditions
•    University/bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, or related majors
•    12+ years industry working experiences and sales management experience
•    Ability to respond well under pressure and manage stress 
•    Can effectively cope with change and ambiguity as business needs shift, demonstrating flexibility 
•    Ability to multi-task in an environment of competing priorities
•    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and experienced in communicating with all levels throughout an organization 
•    Strong influence, facilitation and problem-solving skills
•    Demonstrated strong planning and organizational skills
•    Complete the onboarding process and all required job-related training programs in accordance with company requirements, and successfully meet the assessment standards.
•    Within 30 days of employment, cooperate with the company to complete and pass the registration/filing requirements under the Administrative Measures for Medical Representatives.
•    Within 60 days of employment, apply for and obtain a China Merchants Bank corporate credit card for the payment of business travel and related expenses.
